Job Title We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers. Responsibilities: • Creates a positive first impression by greeting and offering assistance to customers • Ensures that customer needs are met while balancing tasks and routines • Smiles and Says Hi to greet all customers and associates, assists in a friendly, courteous manner • Resolves customers' questions and requests efficiently and effectively • Uses the 5-step GREAT program when interacting with customers: Greets and Engages Customer, Requests Credit, Explains Savings, Asks to Complete the Survey, and Thanks the Customer • Learns and adapts to current technology to assist customer needs • Delivers high-quality customer service through effective problem-solving • Solicits, opens, and activates Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs • Ensures accurate and efficient cash handling procedures • Flexible and willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed • Adheres to company policies and procedures • Regular attendance is expected Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Physical stamina to work on your feet for long periods • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate • Opportunities for advancement and professional growth • A fun and dynamic work environment • Team-oriented culture
