Job Overview As a key member of our logistics team, Delivery Associates are responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to customers. Key Responsibilities: • Loading and transporting items to clients or businesses in a timely manner. • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to guarantee completeness and accuracy. • Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. • Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and handling complaints. • Following assigned routes and adhering to time schedules. • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries. • Operating equipment such as cars, trucks, and forklifts. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a delivery driver. • A valid professional driver's license. • Ability to operate heavy machinery in various weather conditions. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • A clean driving record with no traffic violations. • A high school degree.
