Job Opportunity We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and support to our hotel guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, handling reservations and inquiries, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at our hotel. Responsibilities • Greet and check in guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and supported throughout their stay. • Handle reservations and inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing accurate and timely information to guests. • Manage cash transactions at the front desk, maintaining complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy. • Operate the PBX equipment, accepting incoming calls, assisting outgoing calls, scheduling and setting wake-up calls, and paging guests to provide timely and efficient service. • Maintain good customer relations by keeping abreast of all in-house and area functions, answering questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses, both in person and over the phone. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in dealing directly with the public and acquired general knowledge of basic customer service skills. • Must be fluent in oral and written English. • Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations. • Must be highly organized and able to pay attention to minute written and verbal details, particularly when performing multiple tasks.
