Job Summary: As a Marketing & Content Specialist at The Huntley Hotel, you will be responsible for designing, creating and producing visual assets within our brand guidelines. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Design and create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, images and videos. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales. • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize performance and improve results. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in brand and digital marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and techniques • Experience managing social media accounts and executing social media campaigns • Strong email design and content creation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
