Human Resources Compliance Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources. • Oversee the administration of HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with current legislation and regulatory requirements. • Develop and implement procedures for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to HR compliance. • Work closely with HR Business Partners to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps. • Prepare and distribute reports related to HR compliance metrics and key performance indicators. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on HR compliance-related matters. • Support the development of training programs to educate employees on HR compliance best practices. • Manage and maintain electronic and physical files related to HR compliance. • Participate in audits and reviews to ensure our organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulatory requirements to ensure our organization remains compliant. • Assist with responding to employee inquiries related to HR compliance matters. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
