Cloud Partnership Sales Leader We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive our cloud sales and go-to-market strategy across North America. This role is critical in maintaining and expanding our footprint as a strategic systems integrator within the Google Cloud ecosystem. • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive cloud sales strategies for North American region. • Pipeline Management: Procure, process, and close net new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline to achieve regional revenue quota. • New Logo Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new logo clients with high potential for services engagements. • Partner Collaboration: Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline in collaboration with Google Cloud teams. • Partnership Oversight: Oversee Partnership Program and business commitments between Google and EPAM. • Marketing Initiatives: Partner with internal Cloud Marketing team to execute joint marketing initiatives with sales, marketing, and Google partner team. Requirements: • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in technology consulting, with a proven track record of developing and expanding client relationships and partner ecosystems. • Google Cloud Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working within the Google Cloud partner ecosystem, demonstrating deep expertise and strategic alignment. • Complex Sales Cycles: Proven track record supporting large, complex Cloud sales cycles. • Solutions Selling: Demonstrated success in solutions selling with ability to develop and maintain client and internal relationships. • Leadership: Experience building go-to-market strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
