Job Title: Implementation Manager About the Role: The primary goal of this position is to oversee and manage successful program launches by facilitating transitions and operational projects. This involves bridging technical execution and client partnership. This critical role acts as a liaison for clients during transitions and implementations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. • Act as primary liaison for clients during transitions and implementations. • Lead client meetings to share updates, resolve issues, and align on goals. • Build strong, professional relationships with client contacts at all levels. • Translate client needs into clear operational plans. • Develop and manage transition timelines, deliverables, and milestones. • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure smooth launches. • Monitor progress, flag potential issues early, and drive solutions. • Prepare clear reports and updates for leadership and clients. • Review site procedures, post orders, and compliance requirements. • Ensure all operations meet contractual, legal, and safety standards. • Identify gaps or risks and work with teams to implement improvements. • Support process and system implementations to enhance service delivery. • Conduct audits to ensure operational and policy compliance. • Monitor service quality and follow up on any deficiencies. Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience: 3+ years of experience in security, operations, project management, or business management. Skills: • A strong mix of technical skills (project coordination, process implementation, compliance knowledge) and client-facing experience (presentations, relationship building, problem solving). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
