Job Role: We are seeking an experienced Claims Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting claims to various insurance companies. About the Position: • You will conduct thorough analysis of rejected claims to ensure completeness and accuracy of information. • You will perform diligent research and follow-up on the status of primary and secondary billing claims for assigned insurance plans. • You will review, assess, and process all claim appeals. • You will evaluate customer accounts and recommend adjustments or write-offs as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit accurate and complete claims to various insurance companies. • Analyze rejected claims to identify areas for improvement. • Research and resolve issues related to primary and secondary billing claims. • Review and process claim appeals in a timely and efficient manner. • Evaluate customer accounts to ensure accuracy and make recommendations for adjustments or write-offs.
