Job Overview This role drives profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition, maintaining commercial customer relationships and providing exceptional sales experiences. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of automotive systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to source parts from various suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft software is also essential, particularly Word and Excel. A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience and ASE certification are preferred but not required. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed. • Maintain commercial customer relationships to drive business growth. • Provide exceptional sales experiences through GAS2 selling techniques. • Sources parts from various suppliers to meet customer demands. The physical demands of this job include walking, standing, and lifting up to 100 pounds, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moving mechanical parts.
