BeautyMark International, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Management & Strategic Planning Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. This onsite role supports our sales operations, customer relations, inventory management, logistics, and data analysis—playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and top-tier client service. Key Responsibilities: • Attend sales meetings to provide support and insights on sales and inventory performance • Facilitate seamless communication and workflow within the sales team • Coordinate product samples for clients and internal teams • Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support forecasting and planning • Partner with team members to establish Available to Sell (ATS) reports • Manage customer relationships and act as a point of contact for order inquiries • Resolve order-related and customer service issues in a timely manner • Assist in generating reports and tracking KPIs • Process and manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely release and shipment of orders • Offer documentation support to the logistics team, including preparation of shipping, customs, and compliance documents Ideal Candidate: • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite (required) • Knowledge of EDI processing (required) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other data tools • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles • Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, logistics, or inventory analysis • Knowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, and compliance requirements • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compensation: Based on Experience Location: Onsite – West Los Angeles
