Job Description: The Director, HCP and Clinical Education is responsible for owning the North America Commercial Education strategy, including the design, development and execution of all HCP education programs. The role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Sales and Professional Relations to deliver high-impact, compliant education initiatives live, virtual, and on-demand channels. This leader delivers measurable marketing, commercial, and clinical outcomes through best-in-class educational experiences that drive HCP engagement, confidence and adoption. What you’ll do: Scope of Services: Own and execute a North America HCP & Clinical Education strategy aligned to brand priorities, commercial goals, and clinical positioning. Develop annual and multi-year education roadmaps, including program mix, target audiences, delivery channels, and budget allocation. Serve as the education subject-matter leader for commercial initiatives, ensuring educational integrity while supporting business objectives. Continuously assess market trends, competitive education strategies, and evolving HCP learning needs to inform program evolution. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and execution of HCP education programs, including: In-person symposia, workshops, and regional events, Virtual and hybrid programs, Speaker programs and peer-to-peer education, On-demand and digital learning experiences Oversee creation of scientific and clinical education content in partnership with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, external faculty, and creative agencies. Ensure content is modular, scalable, and optimized for field deployment, digital distribution, and multi-audience use. Translate clinical concepts into compelling, compliant, and actionable educational narratives. Own development and governance of all HCP education and training materials and establish content standards, templates and best practices Partner with marketing on field execution collateral, social/digital content and ad hoc commercial support needs Collaborate with Professional Relations to ensure alignment with engagement strategy and compliance requirements. Analyze existing education offerings to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement, and lead continuous improvement initiatives Manage 3 mid-level education managers What you need to know: Experience/Skills/Education: Required: Proven background in marketing and/or education for HCP audiences within the healthcare, aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries. 10+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a medical education-focused capacity. Strong working knowledge of HCP engagement strategies and regulatory-compliant content development. Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
