Assistant Manager – Coffee & Food Operations About the Position: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our coffee and food businesses in Houston. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager/Owner, ensuring smooth workflows, high-quality customer service, and consistent standards across three different locations. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and strong leadership skills to act as a key support in managing staff and operations. Key Responsibilities: • Support the daily operations across all store locations • Assist in staff coordination, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly • Help maintain sales and service standards, reporting any improvements needed • Assist with stock control, supplier orders, and inventory management • Prepare regular updates and reports for the Operations Manager/Owner • Step in to support service, kitchen, or customer relations when required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the coffee and/or food service industry • Strong operational understanding and ability to support team management • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused attitude • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in working hours • Growth-oriented, motivated, and open to learning and development • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to three different locations • Strong organizational and multitasking skills İş Türü: Tam zamanlı Başvuru Soruları: • Can you provide an example of how you contributed to increasing sales or customer satisfaction in your previous role? • Tell us about a time you inherited an underperforming team.
