Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL for a n Inside Sales Industrial Laser Equipment at Beamer Laser Systems, a LASE Company. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling of Industrial Laser Systems, like Marking, Engraving, Cleaning, cutting laser systems as part of sales team, managing key accounts, developing and closing sales, and driving business development. Day-to-day tasks include following sales leads, monitoring sales performance, participating in sales meetings, training new sales personnel, reps and distributors, preparing sales reports, and managing relationships with clients. The candidate will also be expected to collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on company goals and strategies. Qualifications • Skills in Sales Operations • Experience in maintaining key client relationships • Strong capabilities in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Experience in the industrial laser equipment industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
