Position Summary: The Quality Program Director, Policy & Performance Management oversees the annual review and update process of all operational policies across every market. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with each market to ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards while maintaining consistency across all markets. Additionally, the role involves actively monitoring and reviewing company KPIs, working with each market to address any deviations in performance beyond acceptable limits in ongoing close collaboration with the Data and Analytics Team. Primary Responsibilities: • Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures. • Policy Management: Implement and maintain the annual review process for all operational policies, ensuring they are current and compliant with state regulations, accreditation standards and consistent to the extent possible across all markets. • Accreditation Collaboration: Collaborate with the Quality Program Director, Accreditation to develop, revise and monitor organizational KPIs as required to adhere to accreditation standards. • Market Collaboration: Work closely with market leaders to ensure policies meet state-specific requirements and align with overall company standards. • Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor and review company KPIs, identifying and addressing any deviations in performance beyond acceptable limits. Identify gaps in established KPIs and implement new KPIs as directed by leadership. • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with market teams to develop and implement corrective actions and improvement plans based on KPI analysis. • Data Collaboration: Partner with the Data and Analytics Team to leverage data insights for policy updates and KPI performance management. • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on policy updates, KPI compliance status, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders. Education and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field. Master’s degree and or nursing degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy management, performance management, or a related field, preferably within a healthcare or social services setting. • Strong understanding of state regulations, accreditation standards and performance management principles. • Relevant certifications in policy management or performance management are preferred. • Must pass criminal background check. • Must possess a valid Driver’s License. • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language. • Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs. • Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems. Travel: Occasional travel of about 25% may be required to support BSLS facilities and markets. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
