Transit Team, Inc. Lead Customer Service Representative Transit Team is a provider of paratransit transportation services in the Twin Cities metro area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company in every interaction with our clients. The Metro Mobility service is designed to serve certified Metro Mobility riders in the Twin Cities metro area. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage 100+ inbound calls daily in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule and confirm reservations for Metro Mobility clients. Learn and utilize our CRM software to process requests and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
