Senior Accountant Well established Fortune 500 company is looking to bring on a Senior Accountant to their Accounting Department due to recent growth. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including general ledger account reconciliations • Develops forecasts using multiple assumptions • Reconciles bank statements • Prepare journal entries for monthly close • Prepares month-end reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and required items for financial close to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to defined standards. • Assists with accounting-related projects and accounting research on an as-needed basis • Records quarterly employee stock purchase plan transactions • Maintain clear communication paths with stakeholders • Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs Basic Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in accounting • CPA highly preferred but not required • Public accounting experience required • Education: Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
