Our client, a multi-faceted company, is seeking a temporary Call Center Representative to provide holiday coverage onsite at their Georgetown office! Responsibilities: Answer and document incoming phone calls. Provide accurate information to callers. Process payments and resolve any issues that arise Complete additional relevant tasks as needed. About You: 1+ years of call center or front desk experience is required. Must have a knowledge of medical call center terms. Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
