Manage finance and operational projects, oversee implementation, and support financial process improvements.
Requires NetSuite experience, finance or accounting background, and project leadership in finance-driven initiatives.
We are supporting a long-term client with an important Finance focused project and are looking for a NetSuite ERP Project Manager who can start quickly. This is a full-time consulting engagement with steady work and the potential to continue long term. The project centers on improving cost accounting, inventory processes and financial reporting while the client implements new operational workflows and tools. You will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support readiness, controls and accuracy. Responsibilities • Manage project plans, timelines and communication routines • Support Finance, Operations and Supply Chain on workflow design for costing and inventory movement within NetSuite • Oversee work completed by an external implementation partner to confirm financial needs are met • Assist with data validation, reconciliations and testing cycles • Track risks, issues, documentation and change requests • Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to leadership • Support training and adoption of new financial processes • Promote strong internal controls and audit readiness What makes you a strong fit • NetSuite! • A BA/BS in Accounting or Finance • Experience leading Finance driven projects or transformation efforts • Background in cost accounting, inventory accounting or operational finance • Understanding of how process and system changes impact financial reporting • Strong communication and organizational skills This role operates in a hybrid environment, in an office located near Seattle.
