Our client, a construction company, seeks a temporary to permanent Operations Project Coordinator for their Alexandria, VA office! About the Job: • Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy. • Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc. • Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings. • Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests. • Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive. • Additional duties and tasks as assigned. About You: • An associates degree is preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • 1+ years of construction industry experience is required. • Experience with accounting or number is a plus! • Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
