Full Description

Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Executive Administrative Support to provide crucial support in their Washington, DC office! Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling and calendaring for the head of their team. • Handle expense reports, invoice processing, coordinate contracts, and other financial tasks. • Provide meeting support through scheduling, agenda preparation, material assembly, note taking, and meeting minutes. • Support event planning and ensure accessibility for webpages and documents. • Special projects and other tasks assigned. Qualifications: • 10+ years of strong administrative or executive support experience are required. • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, but not required. • Proficiencies in MS Office, Concur, Zoom and other standard softwares. • Self-starter with a high level of confidentiality able to effectively anticipate needs. • Resourceful problem-solving skills with flexibility and strong judgement. Compensation & Position Information: • Pays $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience. • Temporary for 2-3 months with a strong potential for the assignment to extend. • Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. • Metro accessible office in Washington, DC!
