Our client, a multinational mining company, is seeking a temporary to permanent Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their CFO, starting ASAP! About the Job: • Manage complex and heavy scheduling and handle all aspects of administrative tasks. • Prepare presentations and briefings, conduct research, proofread communications, and monitor the budget. • Coordinate building communications, maintenance needs, and vendors. • Support event planning and coordination and in-person support for executive visits and major events. • Complete ad hoc projects or tasks as needed to ensure the executive's desk and time are properly gatekept. About You: • 5+ years of C-Suite support experience are required. • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. • Advanced proficiencies in MS Office, Concur, Teams, and SharePoint are required.. • Extremely proactive and able to anticipate needs while managing overlapping priorities. • Demonstrated strong judgement and technical acumen. About the Position: • Temporary pay rate: $45/hr-$52/hr • Permanent salary: $100K-$120K, DOE • Core hours are 8am-6pm. • Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week in the office. • Office located in Washington, DC. • Metro accessible!
