BCMC is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst to support customer environment operations. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and other business analysis/management consulting and business advisory services. Requirements: Active DoD Secret Clearance 5 years of experience with bachelor's degree in business or technical field, OR 2 years of experience with a master's degree in business or technical field Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform Experience implementing processes, workflows and capabilities Experience with all phases of the SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective, including User Acceptance Testing facilitation and execution, and End User Training planning Experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering and discovery session facilitation Our Company Overview: Business Computers Management Consulting Group, LLC (BCMC) is a small business specializing in Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, Information Assurance (IA), SOA, Big Data Management, Program Management, and more for Federal, State, and Local agencies.
