This position offers hands-on responsibility across all phases of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, working with a firm known for high-impact results, major verdicts, and a strong commitment to client advocacy. Its main office is located in Houston, Texas. ________________________________________ Position Overview The Personal Injury Associate will independently manage personal injury files, work closely with clients, evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in mediation, depositions, and trial proceedings.
