Job Overview A law firm seeks a Landlord-Tenant Attorney to join its practice group in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landlord-tenant resolution and a strong background in drafting legal documents and conducting depositions. Duties • Draft predicate notices, pleadings, and motions. • Negotiate complex settlement agreements. • Take and defend depositions. • Conduct legal research and analysis. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution experience. • Proven experience in drafting legal documents. • Strong negotiation skills. • Excellent computer and research skills. Education • Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications • Admitted to practice law in New York State. Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
