Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BCforward is seeking a Content Strategist III to work remotely in the United States. This role involves partnering with designers, product managers, researchers, and product marketers to create and improve content for digital products, with a focus on enhancing user engagement on Marketplace. Responsibilities • Plan, write, edit, test and improve content including UX interface language, product education materials, product names and informational architecture • Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards and evolve the company’s voice • Collaborate with team stakeholders (designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers) to serve user needs based on topline metrics, data readouts and focus group feedback • Promote content strategy in the broader community of design and content professionals • Share work and give feedback to teammates Skills • 5+ years of writing ability • 5+ years of collaboration skills • 5+ years of time management skills • Ability to work independently while escalating issues to management as necessary • Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information relative to content techniques • Self-motivated, persuasive, enthusiastic and eager-to-collaborate • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Proactivity • Ads or commerce background • Writing for growth product areas Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree required Company Overview • BCforward is an information technology consulting and staffing firm.
