BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Product Delivery Manager for a Remote opportunity Role: Product Delivery Manager Duration: 6+ Months Locations: Remote Anticipated Start Date: 02/23/2026 Job Type: Contract – Remote We are looking for a Team Lead / Product Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex digital products across multiple agile teams. This role partners closely with Product Managers, business leaders, and engineering teams to ensure strong execution, alignment, and value delivery. Key Skills: • Lead cross-functional agile teams delivering digital products. • Own delivery milestones, risks, metrics, and status reporting. • Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across teams. • Manage interdependencies and delivery risks. • Act as a trusted advisor to Product Leadership and stakeholders. • Oversee intake from idea to backlog (epics/features). • Enforce best practices in SDLC, DevOps, and delivery operations. • Manage team onboarding, mentoring, and continuous improvement. • Understand project financials, budgets, and tracking. Required Skills: • Leading enterprise-scale projects or product delivery. • Working knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, React, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) • Strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks. • Good knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering. • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
