Title: Business Intelligence Analyst IV Location: Remote Duration: 04 Months Not Developers Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support the Distribution M&A team. The role is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, supporting key operational processes, and collaborating closely with different cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously, investigate and resolve issues independently, and play a critical role in supporting the account matching and mapping process. Your work will drive informed, data-driven decision-making and help optimize processes across the organization. Responsibilities: • Support the account matching and mapping process ensuring accuracy and consistency • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and support business decision-making. • Analyze complex datasets from various sources (including Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake) to identify trends and anomalies • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support • Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on analytics Must be proficient with: • Strong data analysis in Google Sheet/Excel • Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction • Salesforce (CRM) - Account, Opportunity, Reports and related fields • General Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support) • Fundamental IT concepts (databases, security, networking) and basic programming concepts
