Job Title Marketing Account Manager Location Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 Duration 6 + months "Account Manager Job Overview: The Company's Client Services team is looking for an account management candidate who can leverage their agency experience to add value to a high-performing in-house agency team. This is a client-facing position that will be responsible for managing various projects ranging from supporting every aspect of a marketing campaign to the important details of a website update. This role will work on multiple home appliance business units for an industry leading brand. This candidate should have experience working on both digital projects (e.g., digital asset production, banners, website content, OLV, CRM) and traditional projects (e.g., photo/video shoots, retouching, developing messaging, creating signage, event support). It will be essential that the account manager develops strong, trusted relationships with all internal departments (creative, project management, digital, production, strategy) and client teams in order to successfully carry out strategic marketing priorities throughout the year. Account Manager Job Duties: - Effectively manage multiple priorities on tight timelines and communicate project plans, tasks, and next steps to both internal and external teams (clients, partner agencies, vendors, etc.) Oversight of all production and asset development for multiple, simultaneous projects. - Management of website content needs including working with all necessary teams to compile assets and approved information required by the Digital team. - Meeting financial objectives by working with team leads to outline goals, scope, deliverables, and required resources, budget and timing for each project. Upon scope approval, manage and track budget and resources through to the completion of the project. - Creating internal briefing documents to provide teams with audience and targeting direction, strategic objectives, product details, timelines, and mandatory elements needed for each project. This also includes communication of roles and responsibilities to team members and stakeholders. - Partners with project management to provide a detailed project schedule to identify when each task will be performed/completed and manage budgets and schedules throughout the life of each project. This also includes managing staffing resources (internal and external) as needed. - Work with the media team to understand media strategies and plans and traffic approved creative to various media outlets. Skills/Qualifications: - Business Leadership – Client and team relationship building, account management, strategic thinking, developing brand knowledge and expertise. Proactive, solution-oriented person who takes the initiative to provide and/or search for answers to issues. - Professional Presence – Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, ability to work independently with confidence under pressure and manage up as needed - A strong digital background is preferred. Understanding of the digital environment (Digital media, analytics, Paid and Organic Search, .com, DAM/DAL management, data-driven marketing, etc.) - Technical Proficiencies – Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), as well as video conferencing platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet), and workflow management/file sharing software - Financial Management – developing, tracking, and reporting on budgets and scopes of work - Personality – Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills. A team player mentality and ability to shift gears and reprioritize workflow based on changing business needs."
