Customer Service BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service in Tucker, GA 30084. Position Title: Customer Service Location: Tucker, GA 30084 Pay Rate: $20.17 on W2 Anticipated Start Date: 12/15/2025 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 3+ Months contract position with strong possibility of extension or may turn in to permanent Job Type: (40+ HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [Hybrid/Remote] Job Description: Microsoft Office (Excel in particular), strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, quick learner, flexible adaptability, work in a fast-paced environment, goal driven, team player, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. Basic knowledge of commercial insurance verifications and Medicaid would be nice.
