Position Overview Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the corporate travel space? Adelman Travel is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead new client acquisition efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants unlimited earning potential. The location for this virtual position is within designated metro areas (Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; or Seattle, WA) How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission * Drive new business by identifying and securing corporate travel accounts. * Focus on Travel Management Company (TMC) solutions, delivering value-driven programs to mid-market and enterprise clients. * Build strong relationships with decision-makers in procurement, finance, and travel management. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. What Makes You a Great Fit * Proven success in corporate travel sales or related B2B sales roles. * Strong understanding of TMC services, including policy compliance, duty of care, and cost optimization. * Excellent communication negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-starter with the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently. * Ability to travel up to 20% annually for client meetings, industry events, and networking. The base salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of manager, business development is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually plus participation in a commission program with unlimited potential. The actual base pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
