About The Role As a Global Account Director for our client dedicated account team, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring consistent delivery and quality across all regions, while also driving operational excellence for the meetings and event planning team. You'll collaborate with clients to define their objectives and lead a talented team to exceed expectations. Join us for an exciting journey as we redefine the world of meetings! You're Good At • Developing strategic business plans that align client goals with our objectives. • Managing contracts and ensuring deliverables are met on a global scale. • Leading, training, and managing teams to enhance performance and engagement. • Identifying risks and implementing innovative solutions. • Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike. You Might Also Have • Over 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the meetings and events industry. • A track record of vendor management and client relationship building. • Leadership experience within an event agency, preferably overseeing teams with a global reach. • Solid budget and SLA/KPI management skills. • Expertise with event technology and process improvement. You Should Know This is an in-office role located in our client’s office in New York, NY. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Global Account Director is between $110,000 - $145,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
