This includes operational performance, procedural adherence, employee management and retention. This challenging position demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of travel industry GDS systems and airline fare filing, booking & ticketing processes. The role requires a strong understanding of IATA, ARC & BSP procedures related to debit memos, credit memos & commission recalls in addition to strong logic and leadership skills. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager Operations is between $55,000 and $81,000.
