Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee online marketplace management, order fulfillment, logistics, returns and day-to-day ecommerce operations. This role ensures our products are listed accurately, delivered on time, and our customers receive an exceptional online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage ecommerce operations across company website, Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Faire and other online marketplaces. • Oversee product catalog management (listings, pricing, images, descriptions, inventory accuracy) • Monitor and improve order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics coordination • Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping providers to ensure on-time delivery • Track and analyze sales performance, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction • Manage returns, exchanges, and customer service escalations efficiently • Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs • Stay updated with ecommerce trends, platform changes, and best practices to maximize performance • Manage inbound shipments and warehouse coordination Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) • 3–5 years’ proven experience in ecommerce operations or digital retail management • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Portal, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and customer-first approach • Experience in home décor, furniture, or consumer goods is a plus What We Offer: • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Opportunity to lead ecommerce operations for a growing brand • Entrepreneurial work environment with potential for career advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
