The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital production, ad agency environments, and tech companies—someone confident in managing stakeholders, enforcing processes, and ensuring quality execution across multiple touchpoints. This role focuses on supporting updates to android.com, the Google Play Store, and related digital platforms, while also collaborating on design, illustration, animation, and video production needs. You’ll play a key role in shaping and safeguarding the Android design system, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Android marketing and design teams to manage digital production projects from briefing through delivery. Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and design system governance. Provide creative production oversight for updates across android.com, the Play Store, and digital campaign assets. Collaborate with video production teams—leading project briefs and reviewing work. Contribute to illustrations, both static and animated, leveraging tools such as Figma. Maintain ownership over components of the design system and clearly define responsibilities across contributors. Proactively enforce process discipline and educate teams on best practices, serving as a point of authority rather than a service provider. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital production, project management, or creative operations. Prior experience in an ad agency or tech company environment (required). Proven ability to manage marketing and design stakeholders, with the confidence to push back and enforce processes when needed. Strong background in digital design production and event support. Hands-on experience with Figma and design systems. Knowledge of video production workflows and briefing processes. Familiarity with illustration and animation production is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
