Role: Program Manager (GTM) Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Rate: $45-$50/Hr. W2 Role Overview: As a Go To Market (GTM) Program Manager , you will lead and manage strategic programs that creates repeatable processes that provide cross-functional visibility of sales priorities for proactive seller readiness. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of seller enablement against the FY26 plan. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and product marketing to drive program adoption and impact. Manage program timelines, resources, and action items to ensure successful delivery of GTM initiatives. Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership. Identify risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation plans to ensure program success. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices for future GTM programs. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of sales motions, customer lifecycle, and market dynamics in the technology sector. Ability to work collaboratively and influence without direct authority. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Success Metrics: Achievement of program goals that becomes standard operating procedure.
