Job Title: IT Software Development Advisor Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Remote Eligible) Duration: 12 Months | Contract-to-Hire Pay: $50 - $60/hr We re seeking an IT Software Development Advisor to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions. This role drives system integrations, data integrity, and cross-functional technology initiatives while providing technical leadership and mentoring to the team. Must-Have Skills: • Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI • Deltek Vision / VantagePoint Qualifications: • Bachelor s in Computer Science/IT (Master s preferred) • 10+ years in software development; 7+ years in design & architecture • Strong leadership, SDLC, and integration experience Key Focus Areas: • Architect and oversee scalable software solutions • Manage integrations with CMS and JURIS systems • Collaborate with business/IT leaders on strategic initiatives • Lead and mentor technical teams
