Full Description

Summary BCM is seeking a Senior Project Management Associate to play a pivotal role in advancing Baylor College of Medicine’s Learning Health System (LHS) initiatives. This position supports strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of complex, cross-functional projects that integrate clinical care, research, and education to foster continuous improvement and innovation. Job Duties • Lead full-cycle project management for initiatives aligned with BCM’s strategic goals, including planning, execution, documentation, and transition to operations. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines and ensure project leaders prepare project progress reports. • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including hospital operations, research, and education, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of LHS projects. • Facilitate communication and engagement with physicians, researchers, educators, and administrators to promote a culture of learning and shared knowledge generation. • As a representative of the president’s office oversee and assist with the implementation of the learning health system: • Partner with advancement on proposals for potential donors. • Manage committee structure for implementation of LHS. • Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree. • Four years of relevant experience.
