Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bayforce is seeking a motivated mid-level AI Software Engineer / Data Scientist to join their growing AI development team driving global generative AI initiatives. This role focuses on applied AI software engineering automation, data integration, and scalable generative AI applications rather than research or algorithm development. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain generative AI-enabled applications integrated with enterprise systems. • Develop automation pipelines, APIs, and middleware connecting AI platforms and data sources. • Collaborate across teams to deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions. • Leverage cloud-based environments (Snowflake, AWS, GCP) for development and deployment. • Build and optimize backend systems using Python, SQL, and containerization tools like Docker. • Adapt quickly to evolving AI frameworks and business needs. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. • 3-6 years of experience in software engineering or applied AI development. • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and backend data management. • Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker). • Knowledge of generative AI applications, APIs, and prompt engineering. • Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese (Latin America candidates preferred). • Familiarity with ML techniques (classification, NLP, time series) is a plus.
