Role Title: MDM Admin Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 months to start, likely longer or potential future conversion Location: local to Wilmington, DE. 4 days in the office Role Description: We are seeking an experienced MDM Administrator with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) MDM to support and enhance our Master Data Management environment. This individual will play a critical role in administering, maintaining, and optimizing the Informatica IDMC MDM platform to ensure high-quality, governed, and reliable master data across the organization. The ideal candidate will be local to Wilmington, DE and available to work onsite four days per week. This is an initial 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension and potential for long-term conversion based on performance and business needs. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience administering Informatica IDMC MDM • Proven experience with Master Data Management concepts (data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchy management) • Experience managing IDMC environments including configuration, security, and monitoring • Solid understanding of data governance and data quality principles • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and data-related issues • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
