Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, and maintaining clinic organization.
No prior experience required; strong customer service, proficiency in office software, and good communication skills needed.
Responsibilities: Entry level position in a busy clinic. - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Assist with patient intake, including taking vitals and updating medical history - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Requirements: - NO experience required we will train. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service - Proficiency in medical scheduling software and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) - Knowledge of medical administrative procedures and terminology - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bilingual preferred) - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
