Responsibilities User Support: • Assist students, teachers, and administrative staff with technical issues related to the online learning platform, software applications, and hardware. • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to login issues, connectivity, software functionality, and other technical issues. Software And Platform Management • Provide guidance on the use of learning management systems (LMS), video conferencing tools, and other educational software. • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure software and platforms are up-to-date and properly configured. Device Support • Offer support for various devices used in online learning, including laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices. • Assist in the setup and configuration of devices for optimal online learning experiences. Communication • Communicate effectively with users to understand and diagnose technical problems. • Conduct training sessions for students, faculty, and staff on the use of online learning tools and technology. • Develop training materials and resources to enhance users’ technical proficiency. • Clear and concise instructions to users for issue resolution.
