Skills • Proficiency in dermabrasion techniques and other minor surgical procedures. • Experience working in a medical office setting with familiarity in discharge planning processes. • Knowledge of eClinicalWorks software for efficient patient record management. • Understanding of coding practices relevant to healthcare billing. • Ability to work effectively within a teaching urgent care environment, promoting learning among peers. • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
