Bachelor's degree with 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership including 3+ years management, Lean program implementation, ERP and S&OP experience.
Scope of Job: A Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Excellence leads a team responsible for building strategic plans for the end-to-end optimization of Manufacturing, Procurement, logistical flows, and Capex/OPEX projects. This key role develops and analyses strategic projects across the Operations Executive leadership team to optimize the middle of the P&L, across all manufacturing sites and Operational functions, allow clear finance and strategic project reporting. Ensuring Operations exceed budgeted standards delivering enhanced margins. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: * Strategic Excellence Strategy: Development with Site General managers and industrial engineering creating a comprehensive roadmap for manufacturing excellence programs, key KPIs, prioritizing programs that improve quality, cost, and cycle time, enabling variance controls * End-to-End Supply Management: Supporting the centralized Procurement team, driving optimized inventory programs, focus spend and vendor consolidation reviews, and logistical analysis to ensure reduced leakage, and optimized buying patterns and inventory planning * Continuous OPEX Improvement: Champions a culture of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to eliminate waste and drive tactical solutions * Targeted Capex program: Development and analysis of strategic capex and Opex programs, combining industrial engineering, Technical and NPD function to return optimized ROI * Leadership: Build a high‑performing team by developing leadership capabilities, fostering accountability, and empowering decision‑making. Create and maintain a culture of operational discipline, problem‑solving, and proactive improvement. Champion training and capability development programs to enhance skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and supply chain best practices. * Collaborate with production and supporting departments to ensure the food safety and quality of our products. * Other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business or related field required. Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering or Operations preferred. Experience: 10+ Years of experience or progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership roles. Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations referred. Proven success implementing Lean programs and driving measurable performance improvements. Experience with ERP systems, S&OP processes and supply chain analytics. 3+ Years of Management Experience.
