Full Description

Scope of Job: The Document Coordinator position is a key role within our Quality System organization that supports service and new product development as a core responsibility. An enthusiastic, meticulous self-starter with a strong drive to develop or improve existing processes and systems is highly desired. Ability to establish positive relationships with suppliers are necessary skills. Accountable for maintaining business processes associated with vendor approval/management documentation collection, data management, and coordination of supply of materials. Key objectives will be timely collection of vendor quality documents, daily management of the TraceGains supplier management system, collection of data required for new material introduction and management of the material ordering system for portions of our supply chain. Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities • Responsible for gathering and maintaining all FSMA and TraceGains related information. • Work with Quality Systems, Procurement colleagues, and Product Development to obtain data needed to set up new materials. • Work with Warehouse and QA teams to request needed documents. • Compiles data for submitting customer complaints to suppliers for all BNA locations. • Compiles data for use in risk assessing raw materials for all BNA locations. • Communicates data for use in risk assessing raw materials for all BNA locations. • Collaborate with production and supporting departments to ensure the food safety and quality of our products. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education: High School Diploma required. Experience: Document processing experience with Quality Systems required. Experience Food & Beverage Manufacturing qualify processes preferred. Competencies: Customer Service Focus, Data Entry Keyboarding, Document Processing, Compliance Monitoring, Excellent Organizational Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Accountability, Initiative, Teamwork, Detail Oriented, Work Quality, Time Management, Integrity, and Operational Excellence. Physical Requirements: Requires prolonged sitting and continuous use of computer. May lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lbs.
