Manage territory sales, meet quotas, prospect new business, and implement sales strategies for respiratory health products.
Requires 2+ years top-level sales experience in medical devices or healthcare, strategic selling skills, and preferably clinical respiratory experience.

As an Account Executive in Respiratory Health, you will be responsible for selling respiratory products to various healthcare facilities and managing both clinical and financial aspects to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Meet, if not exceed sales quotas. • Manage a territory consisting of 100-125 verified targets. • Prospect for new business 15-20% of time. • Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy. • Communicate Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts. • Complete company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines. • Understand and comply with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures. • Complete other duties as assigned. Skills • B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment. • Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting. • Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution). • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. • Valid driver's license required. • Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred.
