What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services. - You will schedule appointments for our sales consultants with qualified leads. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in our CRM system. - You will follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets. - You will provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve our sales approach. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales role. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
