What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services. - You will schedule appointments for our sales consultants with qualified leads. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details. - You will follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries professionally and provide product information. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets. - You will participate in ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales role. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in sales. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
