What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services. - You will schedule appointments for our sales consultants with qualified leads. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details. - You will follow up with leads to nurture interest and confirm appointments. - You will collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries professionally and provide product information. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales and communication skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a call center or outbound sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, motivated demeanor. - Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
