What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services. - You will schedule appointments for our sales consultants to meet with potential clients. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in our CRM system. - You will follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture customer relationships. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets. - You will provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns professionally. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or outbound sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, motivated mindset. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
