Role Overview: As a Call Center Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by connecting with potential customers and setting appointments for our sales team. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services. - You will qualify leads and identify customer needs to ensure high-quality appointments. - You will schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. - You will handle customer inquiries professionally and provide information about our offerings. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales and communication skills.
